Request Legislation Details

The Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Directive was introduced by the EU to minimise pollution. Applicants for IPPC authorisation need to carry out an assessment of the risks their activities pose to the environment and to human health.
This has been enforced in the UK since April 2005 and covers many sectors, including the food and drink industry - depending on production capacity and emissions.
If a factory falls within the IPPC jurisdiction, it cannot operate without an IPPC permit.
Envirotech can provide the consultancy to help sites achieve this permit.
Please provide us with a few details and we will email you further details concerning IPPC Directive.
